You retain ownership of the content you submit for listings. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service.
Paid listing plans are billed annually at the rates published on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Failure to pay may result in listing suspension or removal.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing content or the quality of services provided by listed organizations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Data Vision and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Data Vision and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your listing content, or your violation of these Terms.
